Data which may be processed during an application: All information that is provided in the application in the CV, in the cover letter or in other documents as well as in the context of further communication. In addition, all information in the GoHire application profile for a direct job application.
Personal information and identification data such as name, personal and business address, personal and business telephone number, personal and business email address or other contact information, date and country of birth and place of birth.
Personal data relating to family and social circumstances such as gender, age and marital status. Personal data such as country of residence, nationalities, photo, work and residence permits, immigration status and information about residence status, current salary or desired salary. Qualifications and credentials, including current and previous positions, education and training courses, curriculum vitae, records of education and work results, in some cases: contact details of reference persons and results of aptitude assessments and interview evaluations/feedbacks.

The purpose of this processing is the assessment of an applicant’s suitability for a position (328b OR).

We process your data which you supply us to make an decision on your application. For this purpose we store your information up to 6 months.

We use GoHire Technologies Ltd, Suit 1, A, Swinegate Ct E, York YO1 8AJ, UK for processing of our applicants. A DPA with GoHire is in place.
